The Lumpia Company
Our recipes are inspired from a fusion of cultures and love for street food while growing up in America. Our company is co-owned by ""The Best Wrappers Alive", Alex ""Lumpia Chef"" Retodo & rapper / hip hop mogul Earl ""E-40"" Stevens.

Chef Harold Villarosa
Born in the Philippines, Harold Villarosa received his earliest culinary and agricultural education in the bukid rice paddies of Iloilo City. At age 9 he immigrated to the South Bronx, New York City and at 16 got his first job working at the McDonald’s on 34th street. What started out as a way to make cash to buy Jordans sneakers turned into a passion and eventually a career that has taken Harold all around the world, impacting the lives of many of those along the way.

Señor Sisig
Chef Gil and Evan began rolling up sisig in burritos, spooning it into tacos, and sprinkling it on nachos. Driven by word of mouth on social media and the popularity of San Francisco’s newly launched Off the Grid street-food events, Señor Sisig quickly became a local phenomenon.
