Created with the 9-5 hustler in mind, Ox & Tiger presents their Industry Night Pop-Ups every Monday and Tuesday night starting in February.
EJ and Hitomi, the chefs behind Ox & Tiger, want to showcase the diversity of their motherlands through the use of the Ilocano dialect found in the northern islands of the Philippines. This exclusive drop spotlights “Naimas”, the Ilocano word for “delicious”, and is a nod to the flavors and inspiration behind their dishes.

Shiso and sweet soy chicken flavor bomb stuffed into egg roll wrappers to create Ox & Tiger’s unique take on lumpia.

A new take on a fan favorite: juicy, plump fried chicken seasoned with house blend spices.
BALATONG RICE BOWL (VEGAN)
